Yes. All WORNEW clothing items are pre-loved. We aim to give clothing a second chance in a unique way. All pieces are washed, ironed, embroidered (or adapted in some way) and sprayed with anti bacterial fresh clothes spray prior to being shipped.

Yes. Returns can be requested within 14 days from delivery of your item. If a return is due to a change of mind, the return cost will be the customer's responsibility. To request a return, please contact wornewclothing@gmail.com (wornewclothing@gmail.com)with your order number and provide a picture of your item. This will then be reviewed by the team and they will be in touch with the next steps for returning your item.

We aim to have all items shipped within 5 working days after ordering. However, this is subject to change and outside factors can affect courier lead times.
